Stock Availability
If your order includes a product that is not available, we will contact you and offer suggestions on a suitable replacement product. If no suitable replacement product is found, we will give you a refund.
Orders
Please verify that all details in your order like your address are correct. Once an order is submitted, there is minimal chance to make changes.
Secure Online Payments
All products are paid for during the checkout process. Your order is only finalised when it is paid for. Your complete credit card number cannot be viewed by Roma’s Choice or any outside party. Returns and Warranties

Cancellations
Roma’s Choice may cancel your order before delivery. We may do this even if we have received payment from you. Cancellation notices will be sent via email and potentially by phone. We may cancel your order are if:
• any of the ordered products are not available;
• there was any error in the description of any ordered products, or their price as advertised by us;
• your order is in breach of these or any other relevant terms and conditions or is contrary to any law; or
• these Terms provide that we may not deliver your order.
You cannot change or cancel an order after it has been placed.
Delivery
Your order might be sent in one parcel or multiple parcels. Your order may even be sent through different couriers (Australia Post, Allied Express and others). This means larger orders may arrive on different days.
If there are any special delivery conditions, we will notify you before or when your order is made.
If you are not home when your parcel is delivered, a card may be left in your letterbox with instructions on how to collect it. Alternatively depending on instructions, your package may be left unattended.
Delivery times vary depending on your location and the courier’s workload. Infrequently delivery times can be much longer than expected.
If you choose to have your parcel delivered to an unattended location, you accept the risk of loss or damage to your parcel.
Vouchers
Vouchers are not legal tender. Unused portions of a voucher’s value will be available as a credit in your account. Vouchers are not redeemable for cash. Voucher codes are only usable once unless otherwise stated. Roma’s Choice is not responsible for lost or stolen voucher codes. Voucher codes expire three years after issue unless otherwise stated.
Correspondence
We will email and contact you about your order as required. We may also send promotional material relating to Roma’s Choice only (no third parties). If we send you promotional content, you can unsubscribe at any time.
Customer Accounts
Customers are not allowed multiple accounts. Any benefits gained from creating multiple accounts will be forfeited. In the event you have credit on an account, or an order has been made, we may issue a refund. You may also be permanently banned from our store.
Earning Credit
At times we may offer credit for such activities as referring friends to us, reviewing products, or other activities. These credits (or points) will expire after 12 months. We reserve the right to modify or cancel any unused credits at any time.
