RETURN POLICY

Sometimes things don’t work out and you want to return your item. That is ok. We understand your needs might have changed. You have a 30-day money back guarantee. After this, you can only return your item under warranty. But you might have a few questions about how this works.


How do I return an item?
Get in-contact with our customer service team. Email info@romaschoice.com.au with your order number and the condition of your item. We may request extra information. You will then ship us the item. When we receive your item, we will refund you (or exchange for another item).


What if I received the wrong item?
We aren’t perfect. Mistakes happen. Contact our customer service. We will pay return shipping costs and prioritise shipping out your correct order.


But when does my 30 days start?
Your 30 days start when you receive your order. If your order isn’t tracked, it starts 7 days after leaving our warehouse.


What if I have opened my package?
If you have opened the outer box then don’t worry. You can still return your item. However, all products must be unused and have all original tags, labels and swing tags still attached.


Will I have to pay for return postage?
Sadly, you are responsible for the costs of returning the item to us. If we shipped you the wrong item or it is warranty return, we cover the shipping fees.


Are there any other fees?
None. You get your full money back with your refund.


When will I receive my refund?
You will usually receive your refund about one week after we receive the item. These processes take time and deposits may not be instant.


Can I get a replacement item instead?
Of course. We can ship you out the item your heart desires instead of a refund. Get in contact with our customer service team and they can sort you out.


What if my item has broken or is not fit for purpose?

WARRANTY POLICY

Buying goods online can be risky. Don’t worry. We back everything with a warranty (usually one-year but it can depend on the item). Your warranty starts when the product arrives at your home.


What does your warranty cover?
We cover any faults in your product. If your product is not fit for its intended purpose. We also cover if the description and the product don’t match. All standard Australian warranty stuff.


What is not covered?
There are some things we don’t cover such as:
-         Normal wear and tear;
-         Damage caused by accidents, misuse, negligence, lack of maintenance, carelessness, natural disasters, kids, pets and so on, or commercial use of non-commercial equipment (unless allowed by the manufacturer);or
-         Modification by an unauthorized person


How do I start my warranty request?
Get in contact with our customer service team. They may ask for pictures or videos of the issues with your product.


If we ask for a picture, then please take a clear picture showing the issue. The more angles and pictures, the better. Always remember to have good lighting and take pictures of labels and tags.


Videos are good too. Try recording a short video (no more than 2 minutes) showing off the problem. Speak clearly and explain the issue to help us understand the problem.


What happens to an approved warranty request?
We will either repair and return your item, replace like for like, or refund you money.
Our customer service team will give you instructions for how to return your item if we need it.


What if we deny your warranty request?
This is the bit you may not want to hear. Not all warranty requests are valid. We do have a 30 day money back guarantee though.


Do I have to pay anything?
It is our fault, so we pay for return shipping. That is only fair. You are responsible for dropping the parcel off at your local post office.


What happens to my warranty if I receive a replacement item?
Your warranty continues from the original date. It is not reset if you receive a replacement item.
